Good afternoon, Nicole and Scott
I just wanted to reach out to you personally from the L.S. Starrett Company. My name is Paul Gaspar. I am Aaron Hart's boss in Special Gauge. I wanted to let you know that the hard work that you guys have done at the Franklin County Tech school is really showing through on Aaron's skills here at the L.S. Starrett Company. This picture I have attached is a 16-inch micrometer that Aaron has made from complete raw stock to a functioning working tool that he has boxed up himself and now has been shipped off to the customer for $8k. Aaron did an amazing job on the Mastercam program, planning his tool path with the help of a toolmaker, Jake Whitestone, a graduate co-op student from Monte Tech. Aaron's training also really showcased his ability when it came to running a TRAK Mill. Aaron's knowledge of the controls and knowledge of how to run a Bridgeport-style mill were great to see. We are really impressed with the dedication and the hard work that he has put in over the last few months we have had him working for us. So from myself and the team in Special Gauge. Thank you to you and your teams hard work over at the Franklin County Tech School, and we hope to see more students come work for us like Aaron.
Thanks,
Paul G. Gaspar
