Franklin County Technical School offers PEP, a special education program providing academic coursework, pre-vocational skills and life skills to students, ages fourteen to twenty-two, within a substantially separate setting. The Franklin County Technical School has been administering quality, special education services to local students for over 35 years. This small, but highly effective program is designed for students with physical or cognitive challenges.

Skills
We provide academic coursework, pre-vocational skills, and life skills to students ages 14 to 22, at Franklin County Technical school, but within a substantially separate setting. The Franklin County Technical School has been administering quality, individualized special education services to local students for over 25 years. Applicants are considered without regard to race, creed, color, gender, national origin or disability.
Life and Employment Skills
Life skills such as laundry, recycling, copy center are practiced daily, while vocational skills such as landscaping, building maintenance, woodworking and many other skills are practiced throughout the school year. Reading an analog clock and completing a time card assist in preparing students for employment after school completion. Students leave the PEP Program with a strong work ethic that compliments their individual strengths.
