The Pre-Employment Program (PEP) is a school within the Franklin County Technical School. PEP is a program for students with cognitive and physical disabilities.
The PEP program has a capacity of 15 students.
For the first year, or longer, all of the students of PEP take classes within the Pre-Employment Program. They receive education in English, History, Biology and Pre-Algebra. Other areas of education include Art, Music, PE, Health, and Life and Social Skills.
For the first year or longer, all of the PEP students have shop/vocational skills within the Pre-Employment Program. PEP has a fully functioning shop which includes: table saw, power mitre box, drill press, air brushing tools, landscaping tools, candle making supplies, metal bending and pop riveting materials, painting and building maintenance tools and materials, etc. PEP is also fortunate to have accessibility to the other shops with FCTS.
